Lido Altanea focuses mainly on families with children, so safety is one of its priorities. Thanks to this, there is a security service in the whole area, which supervises the order and safety of tourists twenty-four hours a day. At the same time, each accommodation unit is equipped with a fence with access codes that only the accommodation knows.

In case of loss of documents or in a similarly serious situation that could make it impossible for you to travel home, it is good to find out at the embassy how to proceed. Consultations for Czechs visiting Italy or living there take place from Monday to Friday at 9.00-12.00. The emergency number outside working hours is +39 3353 10450.

For your safety and the safety of your children, mosquito sprays are given twice a week (usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays). Spraying is carried out between 4 and 6 o’clock in the morning so as not to restrict visitors.
